Faith’s contemporary abstract paintings are an emphasis on surface, depth and space exploration through process and material experimentation often provoking an evocative response with a sophisticated approach to composition. There tends to be a battle, or a conflict between darkness and light, surface and depth, and movement and sediment brought about by layers of paint from high texture to glass like atmospheric fluid surfaces with risk being a quest of extreme importance.
